If you wish to withdraw within seven days of registration, Rainbow Trust will refund any registration fees processed through our website. This is only valid if you purchase your event place at least 1 week prior to the event console closing, as stated in your booking form. After this time, all registration fees are non-refundable and non transferable. 2. If you withdraw from the event, you will notify Rainbow Trust, via events@rainbowtrust.org.uk. This should be done before the withdrawal deadline stated on your booking form. If you withdraw after this date Rainbow Trust will be charged for your place and will contact you to cover the cost of the place that is outlined in your booking form. 3. As stated in the Code of Fundraising Practice, if you withdraw from the event or the event is cancelled, any funds that you have raised will remain with Rainbow Trust unless your sponsors contact Rainbow Trust directly for a refund. This fundraising cannot be carried forward to another event. 4. If you are unable to take part in your event and withdraw, we do not accept deferrals to the following year. 5. Photos and videos may be taken by Rainbow Trust during the event that you could feature in. By taking part you consent to these photos/videos being used for future marketing purposes online and in print and to be shared with the team post event.
